All sales are final: Orders placed may not be cancelled, refunded and orders received may not be returned.
Refund policy: Returns will only be accepted if item received is Damaged. (unopened, unused in-tacked packaging) EX: If lash was damaged when you were removing lash off of the tray THIS DOES NOT COUNT AS A DAMAGED PRODUCT RECEIVED.
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the damaged goods. We can send a new item(s) or offer a refund for the item(s). After 7 days you will only be eligible for store credit.
Exchange policy: All sales are final unless damaged or wrong item was sent. If wrong lash was sent we will fix the order by sending correct lash or a refund could be made for the wrong item(s).
Damaged items: Eligible for refund or exchange, Contact us within 3 days and must provide proof that includes

- Brief description of damage
LOST PACKAGE: If you ordered and input a wrong address and lashes have been sent out, there is no refund nor can we send out new lashes due to that not being our error, There will be no refund.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PACKAGES THAT ARE LOST IN TRANSIT.
PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK ADRESS BEFORE PLACING ORDERS.
Accidents happen and we are very sorry, If we send lashes to wrong address or you are missing a product please contact us asap we apologize on we will gladly re-ship or refund.
