Refund policy: Returns will only be accepted if item is damaged, unopened, unused in-tacked packaging.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving item. We must receive item within 12 days for a refund. After 12 days you will only be eligible for store credit.
Exchange policy: All sales are final unless damaged or wrong item was sent.

- Brief description of damage
If you ordered and input a wrong address and lashes have been sent out, there is no refund nor can we send out new lashes due to that not being our error, There will be no refund.
PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK BEFORE PLACING ORDERS.
If we send lashes to wrong address on our behalf we will gladly re-ship or refund.
ALL ISSUES WILL BE ADDRESSED WITHIN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS. WE DO OUR BEST TO REPLY AND FIX ANY ISSUES IMMEDIATELY.
